We’re looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer who thrives in a client-facing role and is excited by the opportunity to make a real impact, in an international setting. In this position, you’ll work closely with one specific high-profile, Swiss-based, international IT scale-up experiencing rapid growth. You’ll be embedded with their team, bringing concepts to life across digital, print, video, and branding. From strategic visual storytelling to hands-on execution, you’ll help elevate their brand at every touchpoint—while enjoying the creative freedom and responsibility that comes with leading high-value design work. You will be supported by our agency, on account management, relationship management and in the workflows.
– Develop creative assets for digital and print mediums, including:
– One-pagers, brochures, whitepapers, guides
– Social and event creatives
– Presentations and pitch decks
– Newsletter designs (GeoAI Bytes, LinkedIn, Monthly)
– Execute designs based on sound visual hierarchy, proportion, and readability
– Maintain brand identity while ensuring consistency across all assets
– Support brand development and documentation
– Design booths, merchandise, and event collateral
– Maintain design systems for digital platforms (Figma, Element Plus, etc.)
– Edit and cut videos for social media
– Create intros, outros, and basic motion graphics
– Design website pages, wireframes, and mockups
– Work in WordPress and Elementor Pro
– Apply SEO and performance best practices
– Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat)
– Figma, XD
– WordPress, Elementor Pro
– Miro (sitemaps/wireframes)
– SEO tools and best practices
– 8+ years of design experience (agency experience preferred)
– Proven client-facing experience with excellent communication skills
– Fluency in English (written and spoken)
– High attention to detail and visual aesthetics
– Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
– Web design and development skills (WordPress, Elementor)
– Platform UX/UI experience (design systems, wireframes, mockups)
– Familiarity with B2B technology and marketing landscape
